Anthony was levitatingly wrapped in light dreams. Without real images or thoughts, they simply radiated warm tones of emotions. It's his second month out in our world and sleep is his only link with that blissful swim in that other world he came from. These dreams were something familiar and gave him comfort, made him ease. He was happy. His leg twitched and that made him fall off the course of his dreamings. Slowly, he surfaced to consciousness and opened his eyes. He saw two... figures... of extraordinary image with warm smiles. Their eyes were suns of friendlyness, love and welcome.
It was Donald and Stacy. They had seen each other for the first time three years ago and never wanted to part each other since. They have been high on love for as long as they can remember and through that had been granted with smiles eternal and eyes of joy. Donald was an artist, and so was Stacy. They were partners, constructing visual imageries for displays in Internet. That meant they never really had to leave each other, they worked side by side. Outer world was something beautiful, yet far for Donald. There was only Stacy and himself. And then, some time ago, their love had produced a child.
The three of them were in bed together, naked, loosely covered with white sheets. It was a summer morning and the sun made their white bedroom full of bright light. Donald was lying with Stacy beside him, looking at Anthony between them. His thoughts were overwhelmed with visions of Anthony being the source where a part of the two lover's souls would be together always and could never part. Their testament of love for each other.
Anthony felt secure. He giggled, threw around his feet and every now and then widened his eyes into total amazement over the sight of his parents. "How could a human being be so small," the two wondered. Then the eyes of the two lovers met each other with tenderness, love, bliss.
They kissed for a long, long eternity. It was the most beautiful morning the two had ever had.
But then, they heard a window being broken in their living room...
